Manage the âAccount Not Foundâ Report - When a farmer logs into their customer portal on their mobile device, they are asked to provide their phone number. Once they do this, they receive a text message code to enter. If the farmerâs phone number is not connected to their account in your accounting system, they will be brought to the Account Not Found screen. The Account Not Found report provides you with a list of farmers who were unable to log in. This report should be delivered to your inbox each day. Understand How to Pull a Proof of Yield Report - The Proof of Yield report is a list of loads during a specified delivery date.
